I'll tell you where to use them, not how: the former is used in
the place whose name it bears, the latter in
what I call 011 in my notes, because you press the central and right buttons on the main teleporter to get there.
It's sounding like I might be a bit ahead, since I'm currently running around with two telescope parts, three portal stabilisers and a portal charge... plus no idea what I'm doing, obviously...
(I would be interested in some info about the "long stick", though)

Telescope parts can be used in same area where you got them for getting secret.

Sub 8 docks location. You need 3 ladder parts to get there.

Any idea how to open that metal machine in 0,0,0 ? Looks like you can get to lighthouse and basement through here. There should be valve for loop in storage 33/2
