We could gather that is the correct conclusion, but, with little to nothing to go on (especially since FLF isn't main plot), we'll just have to wait and see, if Mateusz even decides to show us that conclusion.

The fact its called the Future LOOP Fouindation make me wonder, is the place built in or somewhere near the Loop sometime in the Furture? Makes me wonder.
