I'd love to help, but I did it with pure luck. I clicked on the valves randomly and then it worked.
I think I had the 1st valve on the left in the up position and the other two in the down position, but I'm not sure if anything I did before then had any effect

Wow Karlee you're a bit of a regular arnt you?
Murtaugh, not only have you created a great game and encouraged some people to try to make their own point 'n' click, but you have also gotten people to post here for the first time! Now isnt that an achievement!...plus Think~Pink hadn't played this one before (and she has played almost ALL the point n clicks), so she musta been happy to see this one;)
By the way, those people who criticised the ending should reconsider what a point n click is all about. The ending was great, doesnt need to be completely fascinating, the sense of achievement from escaping should be enough.
Are you looking for suggestions for the concept of the sequel?...just wondering.

Murtaugh:
ok.
when you see me away, like not posting for several hours, that means I'm sleeping, since I'm on the other side of the world. :D
but nevertheless, wouldn't be much of a lazylacer, if I didn't read all the comments in my own LL topic, now would I.
So, let the answering begin. :D
General answers to all of you:
thank you once again for your feedback, I did expect you to like it (well, I'm a creator of the game, I want people to like it by default), but never thought that you would like it that much. Thanks again, as I said it will fasten the creation of the second part. Concerning that - I changed the way of moving between rooms, now it looks more like a normal pnc game, however got some very cool ambient music for the background. But since you liked the first game so much I'm wondering if I shouldn't make a sequel identically as the first part, just with different puzzles of course. But - I've done such game already and now I want to do something slightly different. Hope you guys won't be disappointed (as in disappoint'n'click games rotfl). Oh well, enough of self exposing. However, the game is on the way.
As for the level of difficulty. Well, that's a tricky subject, some of you say that it was easy, others are stuck, but what hits me most is the good mood of people that finished it by themselves. I think that's best thing that I could achieve with this game, to put people into good mood and give them a feel of achievement. So i guess I'll keep the difficulty at the same level. ;)

well, without flash you can do nothing. So I pressume you have it. Honestly speaking, you don't need much of action script knowledge to make a pnc game. It's the level of understanding comments like play, stop, gotoAndPlay. simple stuff really. You can learn much from the internet, google the subjects of flash tutorials, google will come up with great number of outcome. Check
http://www.flashkit.com for example, there are lots of open source files. For games also. And answering your question - how do you learn to make such games - well, as you learn to do anything on a comp - you sit by the computer, stare at it, and try to figure out things by yourself. Its like a pnc game really. :D you click here, there, and something is solved. If you cannot learn that by yourself, online tutorials will be very helpful. I learnt it that way.

well, it is. I'm blushing right now. I thought you guys would just say something like: nice, but horribly simple. Fix this. :D

well, she hadn't because that was a LL exclusive. :D

not really. Im kinda used to making up my own stories, since I'm a comics author in the first play. That whole flash games thing is just side-hobby.

that's why I asked the question before. does anyone know the combination of pumps in the valve room? I assure you, it is somewhere hidden in the game, as I remember doing it. ;D
