o_O
I NEVER saw it that way.
Or maybe I take the intro to sub2 WAY too seriously. XD
Is this my final form?

I don't think anyone knows for sure what happened for the Player to get from sub1 to sub2.
Balance is imperative; without it, total collapse and destruction is imminent.

@Kakama: Submachine is real! Mateusz will smite us all if he reads your blasphemy! :P

I think the Arcade is a Karma Portal between the Basement and the Lighthouse, even though that doesn't explain why we ended up in some sort of hallucinatory dream after riding the elevator...Maybe the whole Elevator/cliff scene was the effects of us using the Karma Portal for the first time - After that bright flash and leading us to the elevator. There must be some logical explanation behind it.

We have this to deduce from as well:

Yes: Perhaps the video game was a mere tool to manipulate the Submachine world without actually GOING there. So the basement is a real place, we just
weren't really THERE. get it??? :?
I think we went there, and that arcade game at the beginning of sub2 is phony.

well maybe the physics of Submachine 1 the Basement has a similar physics to that movie memory in Sub 2. When we played the film and click on the Key Card, it came out by someone hand. I'm thinking the Basement Submachine Arcade Game has some similar mechanics. The Elevator was the hand in the film. The tile plates where the light bulb and movie memory. The part of us walking outside was the transition of us exiting the Arcade Game.

That makes me wonder, does that mean the Player is something not human, but was created by a game program? Or is he human and he somehow got trap in the Game?

You're part right on the second: I'm pretty sure Mateusz said we're human (which is why my "Player is a Sub-bot" sort-of Theory is Debunked, Vortex said Mateusz said so at least.)

So you're saying fixing the tiles into their spot created a sort-of flashback for the Player, and, from there, we somehow wound up in the Lighthouse?

In the last interview Mateusz said that the player is a regular player.

I remember that Subbot #499 maked a theory about that the player is player. its confirmed now?
